By using PDFFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
PDFFlow provides free, browser-based PDF tools including merging, splitting, compressing, and editing. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PDFFlow to:
- Process files that violate intellectual property rights
- Distribute copyrighted material illegally
- Modify or tamper with PDFFlow's code or functionality
- Launch attacks, exploits, or other malicious activities
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary technology
- Use automation to scrape or abuse the service
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Verifying you have permission to process your files
- Downloading your results before they are deleted
- Backing up important files before processing
- Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
5. No Account Required
PDFFlow does not require registration or login. This means:
- No password to create or remember
- No email verification needed
- No personal data collected during signup
- Your session is preserved locally only in your browser
6. Service Limitations
PDFFlow has the following limitations:
- File size: Maximum 500 MB per file
- Merge limit: Up to 20 files per merge
- Browser-based: Requires modern browser with JavaScript enabled
- No guarantees: We do not guarantee 100% uptime or compatibility with all PDFs
7. File Deletion
All temporary files are automatically deleted within 2 hours of upload. We do not retain your PDFs after processing.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
PDFFlow is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied:
- We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- We do not warrant that PDFs will process perfectly
- We do not warrant compatibility with all PDF formats
- Use at your own risk
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- PDFFlow is not liable for data loss, corruption, or processing errors
- PDFFlow is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages
- Your sole remedy is to stop using the service
- Always maintain backups of important files
10. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue PDFFlow without notice
- Change pricing or service features
- Impose usage limits or restrictions
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to PDFFlow if we believe you are violating these terms or applicable laws.
