If any temporary files are stored (for multi-step operations):

  • All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 2 hours
  • You can manually delete files at any time
  • Cleared browsing data removes all local file references
  • We maintain no permanent record of your PDFs

4. Data We Collect

We collect minimal data:

  • Usage analytics: Which tools you use, approximate processing times (no file details)
  • Device info: Browser type, OS, screen size for optimization
  • No personal data: We do not collect names, emails, or identifiable information
  • No file metadata: File names, sizes, or content are never analyzed

Local storage (your device only):

  • Editor session state (for restoration after page refresh)
  • UI preferences (panel collapse, theme selection)
  • No tracking cookies or third-party cookies
  • Completely under your control—clear your browser cache to delete all stored data

We use only essential services:

  • Analytics: Minimal tracking of tool usage (no file content)
  • No ads: PDFFlow is ad-free
  • No data sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your data

Your security is our priority:

  • Processing happens client-side (in your browser) with no exposure to external networks
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • No storage of encryption keys or sensitive credentials

  • Files are never retained after processing
